In this critical role, you will lead our F&I operations, guide customers through financing solutions, structure deals profitably, and maintain strong partnerships with lenders. If you are a driven closer with exceptional numbers, a history of high PVR (Per Vehicle Retailed), and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Deal Structuring & Approvals:
Review, structure, and secure financing for customer deals quickly and accurately while maintaining strict compliance.
Maximizing Profitability:
Consistently drive high backend product penetration (GAP, service contracts, and protection packages) with a proven history of strong PVR performance.
Lender Portfolio Management:
Leverage established relationships with prime and subprime lenders to secure competitive rates and maximize funding approvals.
Streamlined Contracting:
Prepare and execute all financial paperwork flawlessly, ensuring a fast, transparent delivery process for every customer.
Sales Collaboration:
Partner effectively with the sales floor to align goals, accelerate deal flow, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements Proven Track Record:
Minimum of [2-5+] years of verifiable experience as an automotive F&I Manager with documented proof of strong performance, high product per-ticket averages, and low chargeback ratios.
Industry Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive financing laws, credit underwriting, and deal structuring.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK.
Results-Driven Mindset:
A self-starter with a competitive edge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a history of exceeding dealership targets.
