Job Summary:

The Territory Manager oversees the operations, sales, and profitability of multiple 24 Hour Fuel locations within an assigned territory. This role ensures that each site meets company standards for customer service, safety, inventory management, and compliance. The Territory Manager will lead and support store managers, optimize operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Compliance:

Ensure all gas station locations within the territory operate efficiently and adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor fuel and convenience store inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Assist Managers and Cashiers when needed to help our stores run smoothly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and governmental regulations (e.g., fuel handling, OSHA, and EPA standards).

Sales & Financial Performance:

Develop and execute strategies to increase fuel and convenience store sales. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to optimize pricing and promotions. Work closely with store managers to control costs, manage budgets, and improve profitability. Identify underperforming locations and implement corrective action plans.

Leadership & Staff Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to enhance productivity and performance. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team effectiveness. Foster a positive work culture that promotes customer service excellence and employee engagement. Address staffing issues, including hiring and conflict resolution.

Customer Service & Brand Management:

Maintain brand standards across all locations, ensuring a consistent customer experience. Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based on feedback. Develop marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in multi-unit retail, gas station/convenience store management, or a related industry.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and sales forecasting. Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
