This is not a management role at hire , but a hands-on training position focused heavily on membership sales, lead generation, and member engagement . This role works directly with the General Manager and is built for individuals who are highly motivated, coachable, and ready to grow quickly into leadership by producing results. What You'll Be Doing Daily This is a high-activity, sales-driven role with a strong focus on generating and converting leads.

Daily responsibilities include:

Outbound calling (cold and warm leads, follow-ups, appointment setting) Outdoor marketing & cold approaching (flyers, local outreach, starting conversations in the community) Engaging with current members to build relationships, referrals, and retention Generating new leads daily through consistent effort and communication Promoting the gym through social interaction and presence both inside and outside the facility This is not a traditional desk job —you will be actively talking to people for most of your shift. Schedule Expectations Must be available to work evenings and weekends Schedule is built around peak gym hours and high lead opportunities Sales Focus This role is 100% focused on front-end sales and lead generation No commission or bonuses at this stage—this is a training role to build skills and earn promotion Advancement to Assistant Manager is based on performance, effort, and consistency What We're Looking For This role is designed for a very specific type of person.
