Company Overview:
At Club Pilates Prescott, we specialize in offering diverse group reformer classes tailored to all levels, ensuring that everyone can explore and excel in Pilates. As a well-established national brand, we are dedicated to making Pilates both affordable and accessible to our community.
Position:
Sales manager We're looking for a driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys connecting with people. This is not a front desk receptionist role. Your primary focus will be meeting monthly membership sales goals, sales team management, and member retention. Commission is earned based on results, and high performers enjoy more hours, greater opportunities, and recognition for their achievements. As the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing new members into our community by attracting potential members to the studio, scheduling them for Intro Classes, and helping them find the membership option that's right for them. You'll also help ensure our current members feel supported and engaged, contributing to long-term retention. We provide a robust sales system and the training to help you succeed, but we're looking for someone who's eager to learn, proactive in following through, and excited to grow with our company. A background in Pilates is a plus, but not required. Experience in fitness sales or over-the-phone B2C sales is highly valuable. If you're motivated by goals, love building relationships, and want to be part of a passionate, growing team, we'd love to meet you.
