Regional Manager

About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Regional Manager to lead and support two Club Pilates studios in Prescott and Sedona, Arizona. This role is ideal for an experienced Club Pilates leader who is ready to take the next step in responsibility and ownership while working in a lifestyle‑driven market. This is not a micromanaged role. The Regional Manager will have the autonomy to take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, team leadership, and sales execution, with the support of an involved and accessible owner. Success in this role comes from initiative, accountability, and strong people leadership. The Regional Manager works directly with the Front Desk team and Lead Instructors and will spend the majority of time in the studios, actively supporting teams and driving performance. What You'll Be Responsible For Provide visible, in‑studio leadership for the Sales team and Instructors Take ownership of studio performance, team development, and daily operations across both locations Drive sales execution, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and hands‑on coaching. Create and execute a long term strategy for sustained growth. Lead hiring, onboarding, and training for sales and instructor team members Manage scheduling, time tracking, and payroll accuracy Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal employment requirements Support inventory management, ordering, and cost awareness Maintain consistent Club Pilates brand standards and member experience Partner with ownership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
