The Opportunity The East Valley Regional Engagement Manager serves as notMYkid's primary relationship and growth lead throughout the assigned East Valley region. This highly visible, relationship-driven role develops new partnerships, strengthens existing relationships, identifies opportunities for collaboration, and moves prospective partners from initial conversation through formal agreement and successful program activation. You will manage a regional portfolio and pipeline while working closely with notMYkid's Partnerships & Engagement, clinical, prevention education, grants, communications, and administrative teams. Success is measured by turning relationships into sustainable partnerships, activated programs, referrals, and measurable community impact. What You'll Do Build Partnerships & Grow Our East Valley Presence Develop relationships with schools and school districts, municipalities, healthcare and behavioral health providers, nonprofits, businesses, coalitions, and other community stakeholders. Proactively identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through outreach, networking, prospecting, presentations, and community engagement. Deliver compelling presentations that connect partner needs with notMYkid's prevention education and behavioral health services. Develop and manage a prioritized regional prospect and partner pipeline. Identify opportunities for fee-for-service programming, sponsorships, referrals, in-kind support, and other mission-aligned collaborations. Turn Relationships Into Active Partnerships Manage opportunities from initial outreach and needs assessment through proposal, agreement, activation, and ongoing stewardship. Coordinate MOUs, contracts, and other documentation necessary to launch programming. Maintain consistent follow-up and help move agreements through the approval and signature process. Coordinate the transition from signed agreement to program scheduling and delivery. Maintain accurate partnership activity, agreements, renewal dates, opportunities, and next steps within the CRM. Identify opportunities to renew, retain, and expand existing partnerships. Be a Visible Community Partner Represent notMYkid at schools, community meetings, conferences, events, and other regional activities. Build trusted relationships with community leaders, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Strengthen referral pathways in collaboration with clinical and program teams. Serve as a responsive point of contact for assigned partners and ensure commitments are followed through. Help increase awareness of notMYkid's mission, programs, and resources throughout the East Valley. Support Programs, Grants & Regional Performance Coordinate programming from partner commitment through scheduling, delivery, and follow-up. Translate assigned grant requirements into actionable regional plans, milestones, and deadlines. Track assigned grant deliverables and proactively address items at risk. Maintain accurate documentation and data to support grant reporting and audits. Track regional performance against established goals and maintain forecasts of pending agreements, activations, and renewals. Partner across notMYkid teams to continuously improve partnership processes and community impact. What Success Looks Like Build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert prospects into active partners. Successfully transition agreements into programming and grow and retain existing relationships. Achieve assigned grant milestones and maintain accurate CRM and reporting information. Establish a consistent and credible notMYkid presence throughout the East Valley. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, nonprofit management, education, public health, human services, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant education or experience may be considered. 3+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, account management, community relations, education partnerships, healthcare outreach, nonprofit partnerships, or another relationship-driven role preferred. Experience building partnerships with K-12 schools and districts, municipalities, healthcare or behavioral health organizations, nonprofits, businesses, or community stakeholders strongly preferred. Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to independently manage a regional portfolio, priorities, deadlines, and pipeline. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM and Microsoft Office/Google productivity tools preferred. Negative TB Screening upon hire or within the past 12 months Ability to obtain Certification as a Peer Support Specialist. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region and other service areas as needed.
