Direct experience selling non-medical home care services, an established network of referral relationships, and demonstrable sales results are required. We are willing to pay competitively for experience and a documented record of success. This opportunity is for someone who understands the home care industry, knows how to earn referrals, and can turn relationships into measurable business growth. An established book of business:
active professional relationships with referral sources in Scottsdale and the surrounding Phoenix market. Demonstrable evidence of success generating referrals that became paying home care clients. The ability to discuss measurable results, including qualified referrals, new client starts, revenue, or weekly care hours generated. Professional references who can speak to sales performance and relationship-building abilities. Experience solely in caregiving, care coordination, recruiting, or general sales does not meet these requirements. Home health, hospice, or senior living experience is valuable but must be accompanied by demonstrated success selling non-medical home care. "Book of business" means established professional relationships you can appropriately engage. We do not expect applicants to bring confidential client information or proprietary records from another employer. What You'll Do Develop and grow referral relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, geriatric care managers, physicians' offices, and other professionals serving older adults. Use your existing referral network to develop qualified opportunities while building new relationships throughout the territory. Conduct consistent in-person outreach, referral meetings, presentations, and educational visits. Identify each referral partner's needs and clearly explain when our services are an appropriate fit. Follow up promptly and persistently with referral partners and prospective clients. Partner with the operations team to move referrals toward assessments, service starts, and sustainable care schedules. Maintain accurate CRM records, activity documentation, next steps, and follow-up dates. Build and manage a pipeline with clear opportunities, expected start dates, and realistic forecasts. Track referral-to-client conversion, new client starts, revenue, and weekly care hours attributable to your efforts. Adjust your approach based on results and focus your time on relationships that produce qualified opportunities. Territory Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and surrounding service areas.
