A Director of Sales directs and is responsible for performance of sales for an entire organization. May manage sales managers. Plans and directs sale of products or services to customers. Coordinates sales distribution. Establishes sales territories, quotas and/or goals for staff, and provides training for sales representatives.
Full-Time (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday preferred to cover weekend inquiries)

We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Sales & Marketing Director to drive our community's growth. No prior senior living experience required! If you have a background in apartment leasing, property management, high-end hospitality, or consultative retail sales—and you know how to build genuine relationships—we will teach you the senior care industry. What You'll Do (The Role) As our Sales & Marketing Director, you are the face of our community. You will guide seniors and their families through one of life's biggest decisions, helping them find the right home while building strong referral networks throughout the White Mountains.
Lead Generation & Tour Conversion:
Promptly follow up on all inbound calls, digital leads, and walk-ins. Host warm, personalized tours of our campus and apartments that showcase the lifestyle we offer.
Relationship Building:
Network locally with medical providers, hospital discharge planners, community groups, and local businesses in the Show Low/Pinetop area to build a steady pipeline of referrals.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect details in our sales database (CRM), ensuring timely follow-ups, phone calls, and visits.
Event Hosting:
Plan and host engaging community open houses, educational seminars, and resident events to bring prospective families through our doors.
Closing Sales:
Walk families step-by-step through the move-in process, lease agreements, and deposit collections.
What We're Looking For Sales Drive:
1-3+ years of successful sales experience. (Experience in multi-family apartment leasing, real estate, hospitality sales, or direct-to-consumer sales is a huge plus!)
High Empathy & Communication:
Ability to listen actively, ask smart questions, and guide families with patience and warmth.
