Perm Placement Opening Responsibilities Achieve sales targets through proactive pipeline management in assigned territory. Record and update all activity in CRM to ensure high visibility. Qualify leads and convert opportunities using a data-driven approach. Develop and execute territory plans to maximize growth opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to quarterly business reviews. Identify, qualify, and close high-potential opportunities within defined KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on targets and priorities. Attend onsite client meetings and product demonstrations as required. Continuously learn about products, market trends, and competitive landscape. Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Prepare and present concise, data-driven status updates to stakeholders. Manage time effectively to maximize daily activity and outcomes. Experience/Qualifications Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets in assigned territory. Strong CRM discipline; daily activity logs and accurate forecasting. Ability to qualify leads and convert opportunities using data-driven methods. Develop and execute territory plans to maximize growth opportunities. Experience with sales forecasting and contributing to quarterly business reviews. Demonstrated success closing high-potential deals within defined KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align targets and priorities. Excellent presentation and communication skills for onsite client meetings.
