Lifetime Outdoor Living is growing, and we're looking for a driven, competitive leader to build our canvassing department from the ground up. This is your opportunity to create your own team, recruit the best people, train them, develop leaders, set the culture, and build a department that produces serious results. You won't be sitting behind a desk telling people what to do. You'll be in the field, leading by example, coaching your team, and watching the department grow because of what you built. What You'll Do Recruit and build your team Hire and train new canvassers Create a winning team culture Lead from the front and coach in the field Set goals and drive daily performance Develop top performers into future leaders Manage territories and results Help build and improve the entire canvassing operation
