The Manager, Ticket Sales is responsible for leading the LA Galaxy's season ticket sales team, with a focus on driving new revenue and enhancing client satisfaction. This role oversees daily operations, recruits and develops sales staff, and implements strategic initiatives for full-season, partial-plan, and individual ticket sales. Additional responsibilities include cross-selling and upselling, managing account touchpoints, improving operational efficiencies, overseeing debt collection, and collaborating with leadership to align sales goals through business analysis and strategic planning. Essential Functions Provide daily management, coaching, and direction to Account Executives to ensure achievement of weekly, monthly, and annual sales and service goals, including activity expectations.
Oversee the daily management and development of sales representatives through on-the-job training, coaching, and performance monitoring. Ensure accountability for goals and KPIs, foster a collaborative team environment, and lead hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in coordination with Human Resources.
Conduct regular team and individual meetings with representatives in conjunction with the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service and Director of Premium Sales and Service.
Oversee ticket sales debt management to ensure timely payments, approve new ticket sales submissions to support order completion and customization, and manage lead distribution in coordination with the CRM Manager and third-party tools to ensure prompt and effective prospect outreach.
Develop and implement processes to maximize new business opportunities from the current client base by fostering a sales-driven team culture aligned with overall sales goals.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop, plan, and execute ticket sales initiatives. Continuously analyze the effectiveness of these initiatives to optimize and enhance future offerings.
Partner with leadership to develop the annual season ticket business strategy, including the sales cycle timeline, upgrade approach, product development, benefit ideation, and goal-setting.
Collaborate with Galaxy sales leadership and the analytics team to monitor sales reports, identify trends, and develop forecasts to inform strategy and decision-making.
May Execute seasonal Full Season campaigns in coordination with marketing, ticket operations, and database marketing. Required Qualifications BA/BS Degree (4-year)- In a related field
4-6 years Related work experience
Experience managing a ticket sales budget for year-round events
Proven track record of season ticket sales and service success in professional sports
High level understanding of Dynamics and Back Office
Ability to work cross-functionally with various team members and departments
Highly motivated, naturally proactive, collaborative mind-set, with a positive attitude

Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Committed to personal integrity and team oriented
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively and with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of stress

Flexible hours required: working evenings/nights, weekends and holidays
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus preferred
Knowledge of soccer/ MLS and or Venue operations is a plus preferred
