The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management including desking deals, strong internet skills, and a desire to succeed. Responsibilities Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads Appraise customer vehicles Monitor, respond and develop internet leads Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability Present and demonstrate inventory Receive credit applications (manually and online) Maintain CSI, gross average. and monthly units to dealership standards Requirements Must have a minimum of two years Automotive Dealership experience Outgoing personality with strength at developing relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Leadership and training skills Authorized to work in the USA Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test Must have a valid driver's license Benefits Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Paid Training Career Advancement 401(K) with profit-sharing We believe in investing in our employees from the very beginning.
