Job Description
The Catering Director is responsible for all catering promotions. The Catering Director will set goals for increasing catering and will provide steps they will do in order to meet the goals. They will work closely with the Operating Partner to ensure brand alignment and goals are getting met. The Catering Director's goal is to promote catering using innovative and creative techniques along with serving the restaurant as a Team Member. Key Responsibilities Create goals and steps to attain goals for increasing catering sales Will travel to different locations to speak to companies about CFA Catering Will work as a Team Member or as fill in Shift Supervisor in Operations Will communicate to all Shift Supervisors (BOH & FOH) about any and all upcoming catering Will be the person getting the catering out for any catering orders above $250 in total cost Will be delivering or coordinating who will be delivering all delivery catering orders Compensation $28/hr.
