Sequoia Springs Senior Living is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and driven Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This is more than a sales position — it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families while helping our community continue to grow. If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking in the community, and celebrating move-ins, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and families with warmth and professionalism Conduct tours and showcase everything Sequoia Springs has to offer Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and other referral sources Follow up with inquiries and maintain accurate records in our CRM system Coordinate the move-in process and ensure a smooth transition for new residents Participate in community events, outreach activities, and marketing initiatives Work closely with department leaders to provide an exceptional experience for residents and families Help grow occupancy and strengthen Sequoia Springs' reputation in the community What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Sales, marketing, healthcare, customer service, or senior living experience preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable networking and building professional relationships Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why You'll Love Working Here At Sequoia Springs, we're more than coworkers — we're family.
