REQUIRED
; previous experience using it is a plus Previous automotive sales experience at a car dealership is required Experience as an Internet Sales Manager, BDC Manager, or automotive sales leader is preferred Proficiency with dealership CRM systems Excellent phone, communication, and customer-service skills Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management abilities Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate BDC staff Ability to improve lead quality, response times, appointment setting, and customer experience Self-motivated, professional, dependable, and results-oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environmentPay:
