Job Description:
This rapidly growing, family-owned restoration company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand its referral network and build out its commercial presence across Southern California. With revenue growing toward $6M-$8M and plans to build a dedicated BD team, this is an excellent opportunity for a charismatic, relationship-driven professional who wants to help develop a territory and grow into future leadership.
Requirements:
Family-owned restoration company with a strong growth trajectory and Anaheim/Orange County headquarters. Full-time role covering the Southern California territory. Focus on generating new mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through referral relationships. Build relationships with Property Management companies, Multifamily operators, Affordable Housing organizations, and commercial referral partners. Existing Property Management relationships strongly preferred. 3+ years of business development, sales, or relationship-management experience required. Restoration/construction industry experience highly preferred. Commercial experience strongly preferred, particularly Multifamily and Affordable Housing. Proven ability to build referral pipelines, generate new business, and maintain a strong book of business. Strong networking, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial, ambitious, self-aware, and highly relationship-oriented. Opportunity to help build the BD program and territory from the ground up, with future leadership potential.
Job Overview:
Develop and manage referral relationships throughout Southern California. Generate new mitigation and reconstruction opportunities. Build partnerships with Property Management, Multifamily, Affordable Housing, and commercial organizations. Grow and maintain a strong referral pipeline and book of business. Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings. Work closely with ownership and operations to transition new opportunities into production. Help expand the company's commercial presence while supporting its established residential business. Collaborate with a growing BD team in a mentorship-focused environment. Provide market feedback and industry insight to leadership. Help establish processes and relationships that support the long-term growth of the BD department.
Compensation & Benefits:
