Base pay + commission Compensation will be discussed based on experience, industry background, and sales performance. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help lead and grow our sales team in the kitchen cabinet and building materials industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in cabinets, kitchen and bath products, flooring, home improvement, construction materials, or related industries. This role is responsible for developing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting sales representatives, and helping improve the overall sales process. Responsibilities Develop and manage sales opportunities for kitchen cabinets, bathroom products, flooring, and related building materials Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, dealers, remodelers, and business customers Follow up with leads, quotes, customer inquiries, and ongoing projects Assist customers with product selection and provide basic product knowledge Help improve sales process, customer follow-up, and conversion rate Track sales activities, customer information, quotes, and order status Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, inventory, order processing, and customer needs Provide regular sales updates and feedback to management Help train new sales team members when needed Requirements 3+ years of sales experience preferred Experience in kitchen cabinets, building materials, kitchen & bath, flooring, remodeling, construction materials, or home improvement preferred Prior sales management or team lead experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships Familiar with B2B sales, contractor sales, dealer sales, or showroom sales preferred Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including email, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, or sales tracking tools Bilingual English/Chinese preferred but not required Required Skills Sales management Customer relationship management Lead follow-up Negotiation Product presentation Team leadership B2B sales Outside sales / showroom sales Building materials knowledge Kitchen & bath product knowledge Communication skills Problem-solving Sales reporting Basic computer skills
