Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show Utilize CRM tracking system daily Relates clearly to potential buyers the benefits of new features, specifications, prices, colors, options, accessories, models, series, and standard equipment on all product lines. Physically inspects both vehicles for sale and vehicles presented for trade-in to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes and damages either on the exterior or the interior. Qualifications Bi-lingual is a plus Great customer service skills Create and maintain customer relationships Strong computer & phone skills (Internet Leads, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM) Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience a
