Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow market share, enhance profitability, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will manage both new and used car sales while fostering strong relationships with customers and providing support to your team. Your role will also be important in working with all other departments to insure a great customer experience as well as continued growth and success for the dealership. Duties Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase the dealership's customer base and market penetration. Manage key customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships with repeat buyers and high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data, vehicle inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee the sales process from customer lead generation, to test drives, to closing vehicle deals. Provide training, coaching, and support to sales staff to ensure their continuous development in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer buying experience, from financing options to vehicle delivery. Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market while maintaining profitability. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer programs, and legal regulations. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales, sales management, and customer relationship management. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team in a high-pressure environment. Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to manage multiple priorities, including inventory management, team oversight, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment. Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and other automotive sales tools.. Vin solutions CRM and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred. Knowledge of technical aspects related to car sales, including financing, leasing, and warranty options. Patience with training and working with both staff and customers.
