+ Uncapped 10% Profit Share on the New Business You Build Aesthetic

+ Regenerative Medical Group | Full-Time | Onsite | Southern California (Orange County, Palm Desert, Temecula, San Diego)

Pay:

$73,000 per year base salary + uncapped 10% profit share on new business you develop Who We're Looking For This role is built for a rainmaker who is also an efficiency fanatic. We're a growing, lean-running medical group specializing in aesthetic and regenerative medical services, and we're hiring a charismatic, high-energy, deeply tech-savvy operator who wants to build something — and get paid a meaningful share of the profits they create. Your bonus is tied to profit, and you'll have real ownership over both sides of that equation.

On the revenue side:

outbound sales, partnerships, and public speaking.

On the cost side:

using AI and automation to run our operations leaner than anyone thought possible. Every deal you close and every workflow you automate grows the same number — yours. You should be the kind of person who is energized by outbound calls, walks into a room of strangers and leaves with three warm leads, and is completely comfortable delivering a talk to a chamber of commerce, a police union meeting, or a corporate HR team — and who then goes home and builds an AI agent to answer patient texts at midnight. If you're looking for a quiet 9-to-5, this is not your job. If you're looking for real ownership, direct access to physician leadership, and a bonus structure where your hustle and ingenuity directly determine your income — keep reading.

A note on seniority:

we don't care about it. We're not hiring years logged or titles held — we're hiring hunger, energy, and demonstrated results. If you're early in your career but you've closed real deals and built real automations, you'll beat a 20-year veteran here. Show us what you've built. The Deal $73,000 fixed base salary — this is a salaried, exempt position 10% of the profits from new business revenue you develop — uncapped. Because it's a profit share, not a revenue share, the efficiencies you engineer flow straight into your bonus: land the contract, then automate its delivery, and you get paid on both. Full formula provided in a written bonus agreement.

Benefits:

[Insert benefits: health, PTO, mileage reimbursement, etc.] Be clear-eyed about the hours: this is a high-ownership leadership role, not a 40-hour week. Successful people in this seat routinely invest well beyond standard hours — evenings, events, and weekend availability included — and are reachable when urgent needs arise (outreach events, clinic escalations, payroll deadlines, time-sensitive launches). The base salary does not increase with hours worked; the profit share is where extra effort turns into extra income. Primary Outcome #1: New Revenue Hunt and close new revenue : ongoing community outreach, outbound sales calls, partnership development, and new income streams for the group Present publicly and often : deliver talks, seminars, and presentations at community gatherings, business groups, wellness events, and partner organizations — you are the public face of our growth Forge corporate wellness and executive health programs with local mid-size and large organizations (discovery, proposals, pricing support, contracting support, rollout) Propose wellness programs for governmental organizations and government employees , including first responders such as police and fire departments Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities — track outreach, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and results Primary Outcome #2: AI-Driven Efficiency + Profitability You will own the mission of making this the leanest, most automated medical group in Southern California. We expect you to relentlessly find low-cost, high-leverage solutions rather than throwing headcount or expensive software at problems. Automate the patient pipeline with

AI :

deploy AI tools to capture, respond to, qualify, and route incoming patient leads, phone calls, and text messages — AI receptionists/voice agents, chat and SMS assistants, smart routing, and automated follow-up and reactivation Automate marketing with

AI :

build AI-driven marketing systems — content generation, campaign creation and optimization for Google Ads and Meta Ads, email/SMS nurture sequences, review and reputation workflows, and reporting Streamline operations for profitability : identify bottlenecks and waste across locations, redesign workflows, and automate scheduling, intake, confirmations, and internal handoffs using Zapier, Airtable, APIs, and AI platforms integrated with our EHR (e.g., Jane), Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SMS systems Champion lean solutions : maximize output per dollar — vet tools ruthlessly, eliminate redundant spend, and build scrappy in-house solutions where off-the-shelf is overpriced Measure everything : build KPI dashboards tying leads, bookings, show rates, conversion, cost-per-acquisition, and revenue by service directly to profitability

Non-Negotiable:

Patient Care + Compliance We want lean and fast — but never at the expense of patient safety, patient experience, or healthcare regulations. Efficiency that cuts corners on care or compliance isn't efficiency; it's a liability.

In this role you will:

Protect patient care standards : no automation ships if it degrades the patient experience or removes a human where a human is clinically needed — clinical decisions always stay with our medical professionals Build compliant-by-design : AI and automation tools that touch patient information must be handled with HIPAA in mind, including proper vendor vetting and Business Associate Agreements where required Respect communication rules : patient texting and outreach must follow consent and telemarketing rules (e.g., TCPA), and marketing must comply with healthcare advertising regulations Escalate, don't improvise : when a shortcut brushes up against clinical, privacy, or regulatory questions, you bring it to physician leadership before deploying — every time What You'll Also Own (Supporting Responsibilities) Clinic operations : standardize day-to-day operations across locations; improve patient flow, scheduling accuracy, and front-desk performance; build SOPs and training playbooks Financial operations : bookkeeping, payroll processing, reconciliations, expense and vendor tracking, profitability reporting Executive support : calendar, priorities, and follow-through for multiple Medical Directors Events + outreach : promotional events and local outreach initiatives, concept through post-event results Locations + Travel (Onsite) Work is performed onsite at clinics in Orange County, Palm Desert, Temecula, and San Diego. Regular travel between locations is an essential part of the role. Requirements (Must Have) Proven business development track record : outreach, outbound calls, relationship building, and closed deals — be ready to tell us who you targeted and what you landed Exceptional presence and communication : charismatic, persuasive, and confident presenting to groups and speaking at public events Extreme tech-savviness with AI tools : hands-on experience deploying AI for real business workflows — lead response, voice/chat/SMS automation, marketing automation — not just casual chatbot use. Be ready to demo something you built. Lean-operations mindset : a track record of cutting costs or multiplying output without adding headcount High integrity on compliance : working awareness of HIPAA as it applies to patient communications and automation, and the judgment to build fast without cutting corners on patient care or regulations Extreme work ethic and availability : self-driven, responsive outside traditional business hours when urgent needs arise, and motivated by performance-based upside Experience working in or managing a medical practice or medical group (operations, staffing, patient flow) — we care about what you did there, not how many years you logged Bookkeeping capability with hands-on payroll processing experience Strong automation skills: Zapier, Airtable, APIs, Jane (or similar EHR), Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SMS platforms Working understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation; ability to work onsite across multiple Southern California locations with schedule flexibility Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in aesthetics, med spa, cash-pay clinics, wellness, concierge medicine, or regenerative services Experience deploying AI voice agents, AI receptionists, or conversational AI in a healthcare or appointment-based business Experience building corporate wellness / executive health programs or selling services to organizations or government Multi-location operations experience; strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills; vendor management Bilingual (Spanish/English) Our Hiring Process We're selective about this seat, and we respect your time — here's exactly what to expect: 1. Intro call — a focused conversation about your track record and what drives you 2. Working session — walk us through deals you've closed and demo automations you've built, and talk through real scenarios from our clinics, from growth opportunities to compliance judgment calls. This is where builders shine and resumes stop mattering. 3. The pitch — the final round is a live presentation: you'll pitch a concept, program, or service to our physician leadership as if we were a prospective client. Treat us like a corporate HR team you're trying to close. If you love to sell, this is the round you'll look forward to. We move fast for the right person. How to
