Company Overview Month2Month is a growing furnished housing company specializing in flexible, fully managed temporary housing for corporate relocations, insurance displacement, home renovations, and other transitional housing needs.

We operate furnished homes across multiple U.S. markets and manage the full housing experience - from property onboarding and pricing to reservations, customer service, maintenance, and ongoing property operations. Job Overview The Regional Manager Trainee position is designed to develop future Regional Managers at Month2Month.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. You will work directly with regional and companyleadership, assume meaningful responsibility for an active housing portfolio, and develop the operational,financial, and leadership capabilities required to manage a geographic market.

Successful trainees will progressively take ownership of portfolio performance, homeowner and customerrelationships, operational decisions, cross-functional projects, and market expansion initiatives. Our goal isto prepare high-performing trainees to independently lead an existing or newly launched Month2Monthregion. Key Responsibilities Portfolio and Regional Management Manage the operational and financial performance of an assigned portfolio of furnished homes. Evaluate property performance and make recommendations regarding pricing, availability, operating costs, service quality, and revenue opportunities. Exercise independent judgment when resolving operational, customer, homeowner, and property-related issues. Identify regional risks and opportunities and develop appropriate action plans. Conduct property visits when necessary to evaluate quality, resolve escalated issues, or support business decisions. Business Analysis and Performance Improvement Analyze occupancy, revenue, pricing, expenses, customer satisfaction, and overall portfolio performance. Prepare regional performance reports and present actionable recommendations to leadership. Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, occupancy, operating efficiency, and customer experience. Support regional budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews. Evaluate business results and determine priorities based on financial and operational impact. Customer and Homeowner Relationships Build and manage professional relationships with homeowners, customers, insurance housing partners,vendors, and local business partners. Independently manage escalated issues and negotiate practical solutions. Balance customer experience, homeowner relationships, company policies, costs, and revenue whenmaking decisions. Ensure that regional commitments and service standards are consistently met. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead projects involving operations, sales, marketing, customer service, maintenance, finance, and engineering. Establish project goals, coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive projects through completion. Develop and improve regional operating procedures, performance standards, and reporting systems. Recommend process and system improvements based on operational experience and performance data. Market Expansion Research and evaluate new properties, vendors, partnerships, and geographic markets. Assess the operational and financial viability of potential expansion opportunities. Help establish local vendor networks and operating infrastructure in new markets. Gradually assume broader responsibility for an existing or newly launched region. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree completed within the past two years, or expected before the position's startdate. Strong interest in operations, real estate, hospitality, property management, business development, orgeneral management. Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take ownership of business outcomes. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions with limited supervision. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confidence communicating with customers, homeowners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to work full-time on-site in Irvine, California. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally to Month2Month properties.

Business-related mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
Pay:
$72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
