Learn more about us at https://llac.org/ How You Will Make an Impact The Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that increase enrollment, strengthen brand awareness, and support long-term organizational growth for Stanza Education Corporation and its schools. Working closely with the Director of Admissions & Partnerships, this position executes the organization's partnership strategy by developing relationships with corporations, sports academies, private schools, tutoring organizations, performing arts organizations, relocation companies, healthcare providers, and community organizations. This role is highly relationship-driven and combines business development, account management, outreach, and strategic project coordination. This position reports to the Director of Admissions & Partnerships or their designee.RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and prospect new partnership opportunities through corporate employers, sports academies, private schools, tutoring organizations, performing arts organizations, relocation companies, hospitals and other organizations as opportunities present themselves.Partnership Development:
Develop relationships that generate student referrals, corporate benefit programs, exclusive educational partnerships, community engagement opportunities, and joint marketing initiatives.Corporate Benefits:
Develop employer benefit programs, including tuition discounts, employee education benefits, lunch-and-learns, family education seminars, executive presentations and HR partnerships.Outreach:
Conduct B2B outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking activities, conferences and community events; maintain a consistent cadence of outreach and follow-up.Relationship Management:
Serve as primary contact to assigned partners to assure the following actions take place: quarterly check-ins, annual reviews, partner appreciation initiatives, ambassador programs and referral tracking.Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with the Marketing team to develop one-pagers, corporate presentations, case studies, landing pages, event collateral and partner newsletters.CRM Management:
Maintain accurate HubSpot records, including activities, meetings, opportunities, referrals, revenue attribution and next actions.Market Intelligence:
Conduct research on competitors, new markets, employer trends, ESA opportunities and workforce relocation trends while providing recommendations to leadership.Reporting:
Prepare monthly reports which include active partnerships, new opportunities, revenue generated, enrollment numbers, referral activity and pipeline status.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate, supervise, coach, and direct the hiring, training, timely performance evaluations of team members, oversee their daily activities and oversee the daily workflow of the department. Perform administrative duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned, which may be changed or modified from time to time. QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Knowledge Principles of business development, partnership management, and relationship marketing. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales pipeline management. Marketing, enrollment, and customer engagement strategies. Data analysis and performance measurement methodologies. Skills Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Effective negotiation and presentation capabilities. Written and verbal communication skills. Project management and organizational skills. Data analysis and reporting proficiency. Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications. Abilities Build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders. Manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously. Analyze data and make informed recommendations. Work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. Adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Achieve measurable goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, Public Relations or 2 years equivalent work experience demonstrating applicable skills in relevant industry or discipline. 3+ years experience in corporate partnerships, business development, account management, sales, marketing, community engagement, or related fields.- Experience managing strategic relationships and producing measurable business outcomes. Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems. Ability to travel in performance of job duties is required. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience within education, nonprofit, workforce development, or family-focused organizations. Experience overseeing partnership portfolios with enrollment or revenue-related goals. Experience in public speaking and project management
- Intermediate level of skills in HubSpot Advance level of skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other technology applications
