Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above with more than 3 years of work experience; Relevant experience in partnership role(s), internet monetization business or channel sales policy management; High self-motivation, goal-oriented, and capable of systematic thinking, problem insight and solution; Clear logic and strong data analysis capabilities; Strong project operation capabilities, overall communication skills and team spirit; Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneur spirit and integrity. Job Information [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $159600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
