The Regional Service Manager (Northwest Region) position will oversee service operations within their assigned region to provide an industry-leading external and internal customer experience while maximizing return on investment through labor sales, maintenance and repair sales, expense control, and customer retention. This position serves to establish new service centers, hire staff, and oversee operations. The Regional Service Manager is an integral part of the service experience and all candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. The Role Effectively communicate, enforce, and monitor Lucid service department processes Effectively coach, grow, develop and lead all direct reports Ensure Customer Experience targets are achieved according to Lucid guidelines Responsible for initial setup of new service centers within their respective region Own and continuously improve all service center KPIs in the assigned region Monitor regional service efficiency and problem solve delays or other issues as they arise Foresee the assigned region's needs in staffing, assets, and other resources Own and problem solve internal and external customer escalations Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure internal and external customer retention, and maintain customer experience standards Demonstrate resilience to strategic shifts in business strategies Perform various assignments as requested by leadership Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to travel as needed Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent 10 years minimum experience in a service department environment - luxury preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask while maintaining high level of accuracy Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports Able to effectively work both individually and within a group in a high-paced environment Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software Must possess a valid driver license Advantageous Experiences AA/BS in either Automotive Technology or Business Management, or equivalent work experience Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrains Start-up experience and related fast-paced environments Previous OEM training At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
