What You'll Do:
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of outside sales representatives. Build and execute a district business plan that drives profitable growth. Lead with accountability, integrity, and clear expectations. Use sales metrics and business insights to make strategic decisions. Conduct regular field coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and execution. What Success Looks Like You'll thrive in this role if you: Build engaged, high-performing teams. What You'll Bring:
Experience leading and developing outside sales teams. Proven success recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. A proactive, competitive, and results-driven leadership style. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. CRM and sales performance management experience.
