Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Fully explains vehicle performance and new products, features, accessories, etc. Delivers vehicles to customers; acquaints each customer with the workings of the vehicle, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Prospects customers both in-person and digitally through telephone calls, emails, texts, visits, referrals and website traffic. Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Sales Managers. This position has many opportunities to grow and move up within the company.
