If you have a proven track record of maximizing sales volume, achieving high CSI/SSI scores, and fostering a positive, professional work environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations for all sales personnel. Train, motivate, and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and customer service excellence. Analyze sales statistics and market trends to develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns specific to the Antelope Valley market. Manage inventory and monitor vehicle stock levels to ensure a desirable mix of new and pre-owned vehicles for maximum sales. Oversee and complete all required sales paperwork and financing documentation accurately and efficiently. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards (CSI/SSI) and promptly resolve any customer concerns. Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to ensure smooth and profitable transactions. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as dealership policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in automotive sales management. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and managing a high-performing team. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expert knowledge of automotive sales processes, F&I products, and inventory management. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, Vinsolutions). Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
