Full-Time Salary Range:
$56,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and energetic professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving growth in the healthcare space. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales instincts who are looking to enter or grow within the home health industry. You will work closely with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and community partners to introduce our services and help patients access quality care at home. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, SNFs, clinics, and physicians Educate healthcare partners about our services and capabilities Generate new patient referrals through consistent outreach and follow-up Track referral activity and maintain accurate documentation Represent the agency professionally in the community Participate in team meetings and growth initiatives Qualifications Strong sales or customer-facing experience required Healthcare or home health experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance Career growth opportunities
