This role is pivotal in increasing new patient growth/volume through marketing daily, via in person visits to Physicians' Offices, Lunch and Learns, etc. As a BDM, you will build relationships with existing and non- existing referral sources including Independent Physician offices, medical groups, hospital systems, case managers, discharge nurses, specialty providers, Work Comp, third party administrators, local payer groups and provider professionals. Additionally, you will develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and market expansion in the Sacramento and Bay Area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development (preferably healthcare), with a focus on building and maintaining provider relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing projects that align with our company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to create networks/relationships, track referral trends, identify and overcome internal and external obstacles in existing market and new markets as we grow Develop and leverage new referral source relationships focusing on increased referrals Must have the ability to identify changing referral patterns and adjust market efforts accordingly Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to prioritize initiatives, maximize profitability and increase referral volume Daily marketing to physicians' offices, provide educational Lunch and Learns and other results generating activities in coordination with the VP of Business Development Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships both internally and externally on all levels and provide feedback to management Foster a positive and favorable image of the company through activities in the Healthcare community and act as a liaison between clinics and the community Analyze internal and market data to create the proper approach/strategy for reaching optimal referral volume levels Record business development activities on a daily basis, analyze data, and produce business development reports Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Required:
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, specifically healthcare, demonstrating a track record of success. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence decision-makers. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other Windows based technologies and software. Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze and develop actionable plans. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Professional selling, reporting, and documentation skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate. Creative and Strategic Thinker Strong organizational and time management skills. Consistent customer service orientation and focus. Ability to handle multiple meetings and customer contacts per day Knowledge of national/regional healthcare payer mechanisms. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

The expectation is you will be physically going in to physicians offices every day all day. Any Admin time needed will be done in one of our local clinics. Please confirm you are aware the salary is $70k/yr-$75k/yr (DOE) with bonus opportunities. Please confirm you understand this position requires marketing in person to the Sacramento and Bay Area requiring traveling to surrounding areas of Auburn to Santa Cruz, Oakland, Manteca, Elk Grove and all areas surrounding all our clinics in Sac and Bay. How many hours a week are you accustomed to going out into the field, in person, on sales visits?
