This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing store activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. As an Area Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact for store managers and staff, driving sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a positive resturant environment. Duties Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff to ensure operational excellence across all locations in your area. Oversee sales performance, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and motivate teams to achieve their goals. Manage inventory control, including food, paper & operting supplis replenishment, to optimize product availability and reduce cost. Conduct regular store visits to monitor customer service quality, cleanliness standards, and compliance with company policies. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing employees to foster a knowledgeable and motivated workforce. Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and budget management to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Support store managers with shift management, cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and pricing strategies. Requirements Proven experience in fast food management or supervisory roles with a strong background in team leadership. Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer interactions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of restaurant math, sales management techniques, technology , and inventory management systems. Experience with recruiting, employee orientation, training & development programs. Familiarity with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling procedures. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff performance while maintaining high standards of customer service.
