Lundbeck US, a forefront leader focused on the innovation of treatments and dedicated to lifting the burden of brain diseases, is seeking a Psychiatry Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in promoting our specialized pharmaceutical products within the field of neuropsychiatry by leading and enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets within a specific geographical area while aligning with Lundbeck US's commitment to high medical standards and improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. Required Skills Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive results. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
