Job Description

Responsibilities:
Online Lead Management :
Handle leads generated through various online channels such as the dealership's website, third-party listing sites, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Responding to
Inquiries :
Promptly responding to customer inquiries via email, text, or phone calls, providing information about vehicle availability, pricing, and finance/lease options.
Building Relationships :
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up to convert leads into appointments.
Virtual Showroom Management :
Managing the dealership's online showroom by ensuring accurate vehicle listings, including detailed descriptions, high-quality photos and videos.
Customer Service :
Providing excellent customer service throughout the online process, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have and ensuring a positive experience. CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Management :
Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and follow up with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Market Research :
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust online sales strategies accordingly and stay competitive.. Adherence to
Policies and Regulations :
Ensuring compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to online sales and customer data privacy.
Requirements:
Education :
A high school diploma or equivalent
Sales Experience :
Previous experience in automotive sales or internet sales.
Digital Proficiency :
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms is essential. Should be comfortable with email and text communication using CRM software.
Customer Service Skills :
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are crucial for building relationships with potential buyers and providing exceptional customer service throughout the appointment process.
Negotiation Skills :
Strong negotiation skills are necessary for discussing pricing, financing & Leasing options with customers.
Technical Aptitude :
Basic technical knowledge of automobiles and their features is beneficial for effectively presenting and discussing vehicle specifications with customers.
Organizational Skills :
The ability to manage leads, follow-up tasks, and sales activities efficiently is important. Should be well-organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and appointment goals.
Adaptability :
The automotive industry is dynamic, and sales strategies may evolve over time. Should be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and sales techniques to stay competitive.
Valid Driver's License :
A valid driver's license is required
DMV Salesperson License :
A valid salesperson license issued by DMV is required
