We have been in business for over 30 year's, and we offer a full benefits package. Position Overview The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with media agencies, OOH operators, and direct clients while overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. This role translates client campaign objectives into clear installation scopes, coordinating closely with operations to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specification. The Business Development Manager serves as the primary point of contact throughout each campaign, providing updates on production and installation, while proactively identifying opportunities to upsell, renew, and expand accounts within the outdoor advertising space. Success in this role is measured by achieving and exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets, maintaining high client retention rates, and consistently expanding the company's presence within the OOH market.
