WHAT YOU'LL DO

Dual Director of Sales This position is a dual DOS for the Hampton Inns in Patterson and Stockton. This role requires an on-site presence in both locations based on business needs. Solicit business within different market segments via tele-prospecting and outside sales calls Take responsibility for the development and implementation of sales plans Assist General Manager in the development and updating of the hotel level business plan to include input on sales goals Review of monthly STAR reports for hotel Communicate with Revenue Management to ensure pricing is appropriate and adjust selling strategies as needed Requires excellent communication skills Requires excellent customer service skills Requires travel between two properties Grow with us.
