Business Development Manager Lizama Construction - 5.0 Upland, CA Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $100,000 a year 9 hours ago Qualifications Schedule management Business development Construction industry experience Problem-solving Organizational skills Construction estimating Full Job Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing estimates and proposals, and overseeing projects from contract award through completion. The ideal candidate has strong construction industry knowledge, estimating experience, project management expertise, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsiblities:
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, material procurement, and project resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability. Review change orders, project documentation, and contract requirements. Conduct site visits and project meetings to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Work closely with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve project issues. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Experience:
