Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Vallejo, CA, supporting a metal fabrication shop and distribution center. This role combines metal sales, customer relationship management, project coordination, employee supervision, and branch operations. The Sales Manager will work directly with general contractors, purchasing agents, municipalities, commercial businesses, and internal teams to support the sale and delivery of semi-finished metal products and fabricated metal goods. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, purchasing agents, businesses, municipalities, and other commercial accounts. Manage existing accounts, identify new sales opportunities, prepare quotes, follow up on orders, and coordinate customer requests. Oversee daily operations of a small metal fabrication shop and distribution center, including workflow, scheduling, inventory, and deliveries. Supervise, schedule, and support approximately 5 to 7 employees to ensure projects and orders are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate fabrication projects from initial order through completion, including material requirements, production timing, and customer communication. Work closely with other company branches on customer orders, inventory transfers, production needs, sales leads, and operational issue resolution.

Compensation and Benefits Annual salary:
