Roofing & Exteriors Sales Team Pay:
$80,000 Base + Performance Commissions ($125K
  • 200K+) Rocky Mountain Exteriors is a fast-growing roofing, siding, painting, windows, and exteriors company looking for a proven Canvassing Manager to build, lead, and grow our door-to-door canvassing team.
This is not a "sit behind a desk" management role. We are looking for someone who can recruit, train, lead in the field, and hold a team accountable to real performance standards. If you have experience running a canvassing team but cannot provide production numbers, recruiting results, retention success, or field leadership experience, this role will not be the right fit. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and hire canvassers Train new team members through ride-alongs and field coaching Personally knock doors with the team 20+ hours per week Scout and assign territories strategically Track KPIs, appointment quality, and conversion rates Run team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions Hold team members accountable to activity and performance expectations Build a strong team culture while maintaining high standards What We're Looking For Previous experience managing a door-to-door canvassing team
REQUIRED
Strong recruiting and hiring ability Proven leadership in a high-turnover sales environment Ability to provide prior team performance metrics and production numbers Comfortable working evenings and outdoors Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Willingness to lead from the front and work directly in the field Compensation & Benefits $80,000 base salary Performance-based commissions Expected earnings: $125K
  • 200K+ Company vehicle after 3-6 months based on performance Company phone Fuel reimbursement 100% employer-paid health, dental & accident insurance 401(k) with company match As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to provide supervisor or leadership references who can validate prior team performance, production numbers, and management experience.
