•$250,000 annually + bonus A global equipment manufacturer is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead its multi-million dollar professional capital equipment and aftermarket parts business. What you'll be doing: Define and execute go-to-market strategy. Lead multi-channel sales across independent dealer networks, distributors, and direct national accounts. Drive recurring revenue growth through the aftermarket parts and accessories division. Direct brand positioning, digital lead generation, and field trade show strategy. Lead a team of 4-5 sales directors while partnering with product management, finance, and service. What you'll need: 12+ years of senior sales and marketing leadership in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or capital goods. Deep expertise managing independent dealer networks and aftermarket parts distribution models. Proven P&L ownership and multi-site team leadership. Financial acumen in equipment financing, dealer floor-plan structures, and capital lease management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Management Willingness to travel up to 40%. What's in it for you:
