Job Description
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $150,000 - $210,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. Lead. Inspire. Transform Communities. As our Regional Sales Manager for the West Region (CA / CO / AZ), you'll guide a talented sales team delivering turnkey design-build infrastructure solutions to K-12 schools, municipalities, higher education, healthcare organizations, and more. - Grow, mentor, and elevate a consultative sales team across the Western U.S.

Travel:
30-50% - dependent on home location What You Bring- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree required).
- 5+ years of sales experience-public sector preferred.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Experience with consultative, relationship-based selling.
