Junior Sales Manager Flow State Creative | Denver, CO | Full-Time | $800-$1,200/Week | Paid Weekly | Hiring Now Lead a Team. Drive Results. Get Paid Weekly. Flow State Creative is hiring a Junior Sales Manager in Denver. You'll be out in the field every day — leading a team at live pop-up events, running face-to-face campaigns, and personally driving results on the ground. No desk. No sidelines. Just real leadership in the field. What You'll Do Lead your team at live pop-up events, retail activations, and direct marketing campaigns across Denver Engage customers face-to-face yourself — presenting products, handling objections, and closing sales Coach and motivate your team during events to hit daily and weekly targets Own the full event experience — setup, flow, energy, and breakdown every shift Track results and report campaign performance to senior leadership after every event You Are the Right Fit If You Are... A natural leader Confident, quick-thinking, and comfortable talking to strangers under pressure Driven by team results — not just your own numbers In possession of a valid driver's license and authorized to work in the United States What You'll Earn $800-$1,200 per week base pay ( $19.29 per hour), paid every week Performance bonuses on top of base for top performers Paid training in sales leadership from day one Fast path to senior management — we promote based on results not seniority $800-$1,200 reflects base weekly earnings.
