Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategic sales plans, cultivate strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities within the hospitality industry. Your leadership will inspire the sales team to exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in B2B sales, management, and marketing will directly impact the success of our hotel operations. Duties The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct outside sales efforts by visiting prospective clients, attending industry events, and networking to expand our market presence. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives while meeting client needs. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Conducts day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals. Prospects new pieces of business Available to help operations when needed. Could be required to work shifts Must be able to learn the PMS system within 90 days of employment. Be available to personally meet and greet groups arriving during weekends or after hours. Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; Maybe required to work the breakfast and or evening reception where there is one to solicit leads as well as interact with guests. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
