Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing sales leadership, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with at least two years of experience, and possess excellent skills in negotiation, team development, and business development management. As a key leader within our organization, the Director of Sales Operations will play a vital role in shaping our sales initiatives and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Duties Provide strong sales leadership to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue. Engage in sales negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable agreements that align with company goals. Lead team development initiatives, including training, coaching, and performance management to enhance overall sales effectiveness. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure meeting or exceeding set sales targets. Manage business development activities to identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and customer service efforts. Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Experience Minimum of two years of experience in sales roles, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets. Proven experience in sales leadership, negotiation, and team development. Strong understanding of business development processes and client relationship management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
