Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel General Manager, where you will lead and inspire a vibrant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional eager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and financial success. As the driving force behind our property's success, you will cultivate a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations while managing day-to-day activities with energy and precision. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning. Supervise and motivate hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages high performance and excellent guest service standards. Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management strategies and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention and memorable experiences. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize bookings, guest data management, and operational efficiency. Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to build a strong team. Maintain compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements while handling guest relations and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular financial operations reviews including night audits, budgeting processes, and revenue analysis to support business growth. Foster effective managerial communication across departments to ensure alignment with hotel goals and standards. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing guest feedback, implementing service enhancements, and overseeing quality assurance initiatives. Skills Multilingual or bilingual is a plus Proven experience supervising hospitality teams within hotel or resort environments with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of hotel management practices including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk operations. Strong financial management experience with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and optimize revenue streams. Exceptional managerial communication skills for team leadership, staff development, and guest interactions. Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest services. Experience in resort settings or large-scale hospitality environments is highly desirable.
