60,000 - 70,000 annually A locally owned service business is looking for a motivated Service & Sales Manager to lead a team, support customers, and help drive business growth. Responsibilities Manage daily service operations and scheduling. Lead, coach, and support service technicians and staff. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Generate sales opportunities and follow up on leads. Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements. Monitor team performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Track sales goals, service metrics, and operational performance. Qualifications Previous experience in service management, sales, or a related leadership role. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to set clear expectations and maintain team accountability. Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business relationships. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with basic computer software, CRM software, and scheduling systems.
