From environmental compliance (stack testing, LDAR, ECD maintenance, burner setup) to heavy rigging, heavy haul, and 40T-175T operated crane rentals, we keep job sites moving and compliant. We are scaling rapidly across the DJ Basin, Permian Basin, and broader Rocky Mountain regions. We are seeking a relentless, connected Business Development Manager who wants to build a long-term, high-earning career by driving our MSA (Master Service Agreement) acquisitions and equipment fleet utilization. The Opportunity This role combines a competitive base salary with a performance-based commission model. We are looking for an active hunter with existing industry relationships to expand our client base. All new hires complete a 90-day probationary period to evaluate field activity, pipeline development, and cultural fit before full commission unlocking.
Key Responsibilities Secure High-Yield MSAs:
Target, pitch, and close multi-year Master Service Agreements with midstream and upstream oil & gas producers, EPCs, and general industrial contractors. Capitalize on the
Fleet:
Drive high utilization for our operated crane fleet (40T-175T) across commercial construction, steel erection, cell towers, and plant maintenance.
Pitch Turnkey Solutions:
Cross-sell our full operational capabilities—packaging environmental compliance (Quad Oa/Ob/Oc, CO Reg 7), separator/ECD maintenance, and heavy lift services into single-vendor contracts. Own the
Pipeline:
Build and manage a high-volume outbound pipeline through cold outreach, job-site visits, client entertainment, and industry networking.
What We're Looking For Proven Sales Hunter:
3+ years of successful B2B outbound sales experience in oilfield services, environmental compliance, crane/equipment rentals, or heavy construction.
Existing Network:
Established relationships with key decision-makers (EHS, Operations, Production Engineers, Project Managers) in the DJ, Permian, or Powder River Basins.
Self-Driven & Goal-Oriented:
Motivated by performance pay and eager to build a multi-million dollar book of business.
Industry Savvy:
Basic understanding of regional EPA/state environmental regulations and industrial lifting requirements.
Valid Driver's License:
Willingness to travel across the region for client meetings, field site visits, and trade events.
Compensation, Commission Structure & Probation Base Salary:
$50,000 - $65,000 (Based on experience and network strength). 90-
Day Probationary Period:
All employment is subject to an initial 90-day review period focused on key activity metrics (outbound touches, client meetings, active pipeline growth, and initial MSA submissions). Uncapped Commission Structure (Active Post-Probation): 1.5% - 2.5% gross commission on recurring MSA field service billings. 2.5% - 4.0% commission on high-margin crane, heavy haul, and turnkey project rentals.
First-Year Earning Potential:
$80,000 - $110,000+ (Uncapped base + commission).
