Job Description

This senior leader will expand TSF's presence across the region by building strong relationships with churches and investors, driving business development, raising deposits, and managing full P&L responsibility for the Midwest portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow TSF's investment and loan portfolios through relationship-driven business development
  • Raise deposits by engaging individuals, families, business owners, and churches in TSF's investment offerings
  • Increase revenue through Legacy Funds by cultivating planned-giving conversations and long-term ministry partnerships
  • Identify and close lending opportunities that support church expansion and ministry growth
  • Own the regional balance sheet and income statement
  • Represent TSF at conferences, church events, and regional gatherings
What You Bring:
  • Experience in business development, lending, fundraising, or financial services
  • Proven ability to raise capital, deposits, or donor-advised-fund-style commitments
  • Solid financial acumen and comfort with P&L ownership
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A committed follower of Jesus with a heart for church growth
  • Willingness to travel throughout the

  • Salary:
    $70k
  • $140k
  • Benefits:
    100% paid medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, MERP, and basic life insurance.
