Territory's mapped. Process is locked. Your job is to execute someone else's playbook and not ask too many questions about why it works the way it does. This isn't that. All Dry Services of Connecticut is a growing, multi-location disaster restoration company, and "growing" means the business development function here is still being shaped — which is exactly why this opening exists. The Opportunity You'll cover Fairfield County and bordering communities in New Haven County, developing relationships with the referral partners and commercial clients who need a trusted restoration company on call: Property Managers Facility Managers Insurance Agents & Adjusters Plumbers Mechanical & HVAC Contractors Commercial Property Owners General Contractors But the bigger opportunity is this: you're joining early enough in this company's growth that how you prospect, how you run meetings, and how you manage a territory doesn't just fill a seat in an existing system — it can shape what that system becomes for the salespeople who come after you. Why This Is Different From a Typical BD Role A mature sales org gives you a script and asks you to follow it. A growth-stage one gives you real support — CRM, marketing, sales leadership, an operations team that delivers — and still leaves room for you to figure out what actually works in this market and bring that back to how the team operates. That's not a lack of structure. It's influence you don't get once a system is fully locked in. What You'll Actually Be Doing Prospecting new referral partners across the territory Meeting property managers, adjusters, and contractors face-to-face Running discovery and consultative sales conversations Presenting All Dry's capabilities and points of differentiation Attending local networking and industry association events Following up consistently and managing pipeline through CRM Coordinating with operations once a relationship produces active work Weighing in on what's working in the field as the sales process matures You'll have support and structure behind you. You'll still be expected to execute — this is a sales role first, and the influence comes from doing the work well, not instead of it. What Success Looks Like A referral network that's actively producing across the territory Consistent weekly meetings with prospects and partners A healthy, trackable pipeline in CRM Practices and relationships that hold up as the company scales Momentum toward $95,000+ total annual compensation Success here isn't just hitting a number — it's building something that's still working the same way a year from now, at a company that's grown around it. Get In While It's Still Being Built If you'd rather help shape how a growing company sells than execute a system someone else already finished designing, we'd like to talk. Apply today. Qualified candidates will be invited to complete an online questionnaire as the next step. Requirements Who We're Looking For Proven outside sales or business development experience Comfortable prospecting and creating your own opportunities, not just following a script Confident walking into a business and starting a conversation Organized and disciplined about follow-up and pipeline management Energized by being early somewhere, not intimidated by it Coachable, but also willing to push back when something isn't working Restoration industry experience is not required. What matters most is wanting a role where your judgment actually shapes how things get done. Benefits Compensation & Benefits $70,000
  • 80,000 Base Salary 4% Commission $95,000+ Expected First-Year OTE Continued Upside as your territory and the company grow Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Company Match Company Vehicle Paid Vacation & PTO iPhone & Company Laptop
