Job Description

Job Description Our is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Sales Operations to serve as a key business partner to the Senior Vice President of Institutions. This individual will lead Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, and Sales Enablement functions while driving operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing high-level sales strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute, analyze performance, and manage cross-functional initiatives that support growth. This role will act as the operational backbone of the sales organization, helping define priorities, optimize processes, measure performance, and launch new products and services. The VP of Sales Operations will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and execution across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner directly with the SVP of Financial Institutions to develop and execute sales strategies, growth initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead the Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, and Sales Enablement functions, creating scalable processes that drive efficiency and performance.
  • Own sales reporting, KPI development, forecasting, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement across the sales organization through data-driven analysis.
  • Support the development and execution of sales content, training, enablement programs, and communication strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and new product or service launches in partnership with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and senior leadership teams.
  • Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and business objectives remain aligned.
  • Develop and optimize operational processes that support both front-end sales efforts and back-end business functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic recommendations and operational insights.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related leadership functions.
  • Proven experience supporting and partnering with senior sales executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in KPI reporting, forecasting, business intelligence, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
  • Experience managing complex projects and driving operational improvements across multiple business functions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including team development, coaching, and organizational planning.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Understanding of analytical tools and AI utilization
