Vacation Sales Manager - Sales Team Leadership & Closing Confidential Boynton Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $100,000 a year 11 hours ago Qualifications Sales team management Recruiting Interviewing Office management Leadership Full Job Description We are a new and growing vacation sales office in Boynton Beach looking for an experienced Vacation Sales Manager to help build, manage, and grow our sales operation. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to sell, close, train, motivate, and manage a sales team. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in vacation sales, travel sales, timeshare, vacation packages, or a similar high-volume sales environment. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day sales office operations Manage and motivate the sales team Personally assist with and close sales Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives Train new hires on sales techniques, scripts, objection handling, and closing Coach existing representatives to improve performance Monitor sales numbers, conversions, and individual performance Create a competitive, energetic, and positive sales environment Help develop sales processes as the company grows Hold the team accountable to daily and weekly goals Work directly with ownership to expand the operation What We're Looking For Previous vacation sales or similar sales management experience strongly preferred Proven ability to close deals Experience managing and developing salespeople Strong recruiting and training skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Organized and able to oversee multiple areas of an office Self-motivated and comfortable helping build a new operation Someone who leads from the front and isn't afraid to jump into a sale The Opportunity This is not an established office where you're simply maintaining someone else's system. We're growing and looking for the right person to help build the sales team and operation with us.
