General Manager Position Summary- $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission + year-end performance bonus Mega Seating & Design is seeking an energetic, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our outside sales team and drive consistent sales performance. The Sales Manager is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and holding sales representatives accountable while ensuring exceptional customer service and profitable revenue growth. This position is highly focused on execution. The Sales Manager will spend their time identifying new business, reviewing pipelines, coaching salespeople, visiting customers, improving CRM discipline, assisting with closing opportunities, and ensuring the sales team consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys developing people, solving customer challenges, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This position has both commission and bonus eligibility. Primary Responsibilities Sales Team Leadership Supervise and coach outside sales representatives. Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each sales representative. Lead weekly sales meetings. Ride along with sales reps for customer visits as needed. Assist sales representatives with presentations and closing opportunities. Develop individual sales improvement plans. Maintain a positive, performance-driven sales culture. Sales Performance Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Monitor individual and team performance. Review pipelines daily and forecast expected sales. Track conversion rates from lead to quote and quote to order. Ensure timely follow-up on every customer opportunity. Hold sales representatives accountable for activity goals and performance expectations. CRM Management Ensure all opportunities are entered and maintained in OnePageCRM. Review pipeline activity daily. Monitor follow-up tasks and customer communications. Maintain accurate forecasting. Ensure opportunities are updated through each stage of the sales process. Customer Development Build relationships with key customers. Assist with large commercial projects and strategic accounts. Support the Business Development Representative in converting new prospects into customers. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Promote repeat business and long-term customer partnerships. Sales Process Management Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted promptly. Monitor pricing and gross margin objectives. Coordinate with Design, Production, and Project Management to ensure successful project execution. Maintain high standards for customer communication throughout every project. Team Development Train new sales representatives. Conduct product and sales training sessions. Share best practices and sales techniques. Encourage continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience. Previous experience managing or leading a sales team. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. CRM experience required (OnePageCRM preferred). Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others. Commercial furniture, hospitality, construction, restaurant equipment, or architectural products experience is preferred.
